Everything we sell is fully guaranteed.
Only defective items can be returned. 
Defective items will be replaced with an exact copy if available.
If a replacement is not available, we will refund your purchase.
The Buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
IN-STORE PICK-UP ITEMS :
Please bring the item to the location where you picked up the order to
receive your replacement item or refund.
SHIPPED ITEMS :
A postage paid self-adhesive return label will be sent to you to return the item. 
Please use the original packaging to return the item.
TO INITATE A RETURN :
Sign in and go to MY ACCOUNT  .

Go to Account History  .

Find the "Completed Order" with your item and
click on "SELECT" to see the order detail. 

Find the item you wish to return and
click on "RETURN" to initiate the return.

Follow the instructions on screen.
