SEARCH TIPS

**
ARTIST and AUTHOR are stored
in "Firstname Lastname" format... |
|
So enter BOB DYLAN or ELTON JOHN
as a MUSIC Artist for example.
And JOHN GRISHAM or STEPHEN KING
as a BOOKS Author. |

Use 'Partial' Search values ... |
|
If you aren't sure how to spell it, or
you don't know the exact title -
just
enter a partial keyword value.
The search engine looks for any item
that includes your keyword(s), even
if just a partial word. |
|
**
When searching MUSIC/BOOKS
for a specific Artist/Author, leave
CLASS as "ALL" ... |
|
Many Artists/Authors have
recordings
/writings
that span more than one
genre or class.
Usually, when searching MUSIC,
you should only
need to use the CLASS
drop-down
list selection
when you want
to search for all the titles within
that
CLASS that we have, or
have IN-STOCK.
You can do that by selecting your CLASS
and clearing the Artist and Title values
and clicking on SEARCH. |

If you get too many results,
Be as Specific as
Possible to limit
the size of your result set. |

Enter as much information as possible -
Artist & Title, or Author & Title
and
Select a CLASS, Gaming System, or
Movie Format
from the drop-down list.
Select "IN STK" (In-Stock) or
"WEST Only" or "EAST Only" to see the
In-Stock at a specific location. |

** Consider what you are searching
for
and use the
Inventory Status Radio Buttons |

To
see what we carry and if we have an
item in stock or out at either location,
select ALL. |
|
For only the items we have in stock,
select IN STK. |
|
For only the items we have in stock
at a specific location,
select WEST Only or EAST Only. |
